How and when do I get my cookies?Preorders accepted Monday–Thursday until 7:00 PM. Pickups are Friday–Sunday. Weekday deliveries can be arranged for an extra fee based on order size. We offer pickup and delivery in Louisville, KY. Delivery inside Louisville is $5. Delivery outside Louisville starts at $10; final price depends on distance.
Can I order flavors not on the menu?Yes — we may be able to accommodate special-request flavors, but we reserve the right to decline any request. Please complete the contact form with your desired flavor(s), and a member of our team will review your request and follow up with you.
